I liked this poem, too.
"I have won" - this is said so peacefully and quietly, yet it is absolutely triumphant. Not many people can say this honestly.
I, too, feel I am getting close to the finishing line and I am in front.. It has taken over 60 years but I can almost echo your sentiments.
I am really glad to have met you and to read your poems.
