The CIA was mighty generous in providing genetically modified plants to South America! Their involvement in drug-running in the USA is a known fact. Now, they want no Taliban limits on the poppy crop...which is why the US is in Afghanistan, apart from a certain oil pipeline they want!

Jimmy Carter is a piece of works. No wonder that he was a one-termer! I am hoping the current man in the White House is only a 1-term item.
