BUT...the WH will be hiring 800 people to stalk companies and collect the taxes they are "avoiding"...talk about creating new jobs. That's about where I thought it would go.

Don't knock the cap and trade business, Mr Gore has gon from only 1mil to 100 mil and appears to be on track for the first Green Billionaire. General Electric will stand to rake in billions and billions from the same and it will be payback from Mr. Obama's political won by General Electric's gift of television time and promos for the President.
