The thought may be solace to the person thinking it, but the real thing is nothing but sadness, grief, and horror to the ones left behind.

OMG, I get it! I totally get it!
The concept of thinking of suicide as a kind of solace ....  I GET IT.  Woweee .......  Thanks!  (Although, I suppose that makes me look like a rather droopy, dark, antisocial, morbid kind of person ... hmm ... well, I guess "if the shoe fits" ....  *sigh* How embarrassing.)
