They are trying to get a commissioner of racing here to regulate issues such as the use of drugs and vitamins, penalties to jockeys, and other things that could spell disaster to horse and rider.   In Europe, they stick to feeding them hay and oats. (I'm old school; I say that is the way to go all right!)  Thanks for the read! Cee

My sister rode horses until one threw her in the desert in Az. She cracked her pelvis and that was the "end" of that!

What a cutie!  (Not the horse--you!)
I used to ride horses.  I'm so glad that I don't have to anymore.  I think the horses are glad too.
