I hear ya! Teenagers can be a pain even if you love them - actually, especially if you love them, lol! My travel to work? From bedroom to my study...unless it's for a meeting somewhere, when it takes at least half the day...

I hear you on the teenager thing! I think it is wonderful you can get a break like you are taking! I missed you so! You should have gone, Vicki is a riot and a wonderful person! You would love her to bits and pieces MEGIRL! Any thing on Freeman? MEDEAR!  GIANT!!!!

I travel back and forth by train. Public transport is really easy in Belgium. Btw, I also lived in Germany for four years and know the language really well (had a German boyfriend at the time).

Well, meine Liebe, I have it good - I just need to travel from bedroom to desk!! But I know the feeling, in my past life as an attorney,I often had to travel to do a job some 10-12 hours on a plane, like from London to Hongkong and some such.

Thanks for your comment on the painting. Your book sounds very very interesting, now that you have a week to yourself, why don't you write a bit more? And if you want an illustration, feel free to use the picture of the painting. Alles Gute!!

My Hubby used to commute when he was an hour away,

now he is 3 hours away so he stays in a camper close to work. Enjoy the WEEK!! D
