Xeno-x - in answer to your last question - "Is that right?" - not quite

Limbo, according to Catholic beliefs is a void where those who are innocent or righteous go if they die unbaptized. Purgatory is heaven's waiting room, much like hell but the suffering only lasts as long as it takes an individual to atone for their sins.

All so called true paths to heaven can be deconstructed so easily in that they are so exclusive that they belie the notion of an all loving God. It is a wonder that we still hear people spouting this stuff in the 21st century. As I mentioned in an earlier comment on another post, simple math applied to the historical dissemination of any of these types of beliefs clearly demonstrates how absurd they are. Using being born again as an example (again) . . . it is a belief that did not exist in Christianity prior to the 18th century and envelopes less than 5% of the earth's historical population.
