This is so true... Yet there are times you're not supposed to comment
on their wardrobe choices or that unfortunate attempt at highlighting their hair... It's a very thin tightrope we walk sometimes.

Excellent... very excellent post. I am sure it is hard for Fathers.
My son was always one to notice everything my daughter and I did differently and was quick to comment. He still is that way, however, most times ( but not all), it was said sarcastically like.." Nice hair" rolling eyes .... " Cool nail color" act like he's gagging... "your ass doesn't look big in those pants" snicker
