Excellent...sometimes some people put others down...
purposely, mostly because they are insecure about themselves and don't really want others to succeed / shine..best to stay away from such negative personalities! - Ash

So true....
Negativity never helps someone.
I think that advice and even warnings can be given in a positive way... and yet ultimately it is up to the individual whether or not they want to follow that advice... For instance....just because one person may feel someone is making a mistake, it doesn't necessarily make it true.

A lot of times, good or even great things can come out of what others may perceive to be negative situations.

Of course, that's just my opinion...usually no one listens to me. lol
