Reminds me of the Jack Daniels distillery in TN; located in a dry town. Instead of providing samples at the end of the tour, the guides flap the covers of the distilling vats up and down so that visitors can get a "taste" of the stuff from the fumes. Seems to work fine!! This was funny - can't wait till they open one in my neighborhood! Mal
