More like tests of faith. I once drove on tires that you could see the air through, not a good feeling at all!

Re: Soul Builder 101

Re: I know what you mean about tyres my friend!
Hi Maria. Having new tires is great, but with the nice job I have I should have been able to buy them sooner. We the people need the bail out not the banks.

Re: So much more rewarding to save up like you did.
Hi Joe_Love. Thank you for the compliment. I try to keep things light, even when I'm ranting. The problem is I Have a good job and can barely keep my head above water. I can't image what the minimum wage folks do to survive.

I know what you mean about tyres my friend!
over here they are extortionate prices too - it took me 3 months to save up for mine! I am fortunate to be in steady employment so all things can be got to in time, I feel so awful for the so many people who are not; many blessings and thanks

So much more rewarding to save up like you did.
I guess it wouldn't have been "smarter", though, had you had that blowout!!!!  That would have been ugly.

Fun, light read.

Re: Sinome
Hi Sinome, I do know we are neighbors, and the weather has been beautiful. Can I come to your place to cool off in June? Just kidding, I think the old girl has one more good summer in her (I hope).

Oh Mike ... I know what you mean... we are all on the same boat now a days... Just try to forget about it and enjoy the weather we are having now... 80s highs and 60s lows with low humidity and radiant sunshine is not too shabby :-)  You do know we are neighbors...right?  So when the scorching heat of the summer comes along you can feel better knowing that at least one of your friends is sweating too.
