I am a Christian but I dont think everyone can beleive as there are so many things we dont know for certain, so you cant say they are the ones messing up this wonderful country

I agree that the Old Testament and New Testament both need to be read to be understood.  A Christian needs to shine their light where they are, and look for opportunities to do good. If they are sensitive to the Holy Spirit, He will show them where they can be of service.  Thanks for the post.

The term is credited to of all people......

Joe Biden!  In 1982.   Since then it is used as a slang term for high level bureaucrats appointed by the President.    The sad part about the usage by Obama is that they don't have to go through the vetting normally done for cabinet level appointments.....no Congressional hearings..... huge amount of power being passed out without any inquiries....

I guess in Obama's case it is necessary since he has a hard time finding people that have actually paid their income taxes..........

Well, thanks for the compliment. And I don't like the Czars either, now or 12 or 16 years ago. They're unnecessary and just another symptom of the flaws we as a nation of people have allowed to grow in our system of government. It crosses all party lines, all beliefs, and threatens the very ideology of what our Nation was founded on. However, simplifying it down to one particular political figure who is somehow shielded by the media just doesn't compute.

Then, you agree, Obama did not create the czars. Seemed like that was what was implied, that he created them and the media didn't report on it, but if not, my mistake~

Sorry Bill Clinton was the first with a drug czar; however these men had one or two Obama has 12. Some over areas we do not need to have a person unanswerable to anyone but the president that is to dictatorial.

every Christians responsibility to be informed, prepared, and involved. If we all could get a hold of 2 Chron. 7:14 and enact it, we'd have a better understanding of the times and know what we need to do.  Blessings to you!

Obama didn't create Czars, he inherited them. They began 4 years before he took office. Here's a snippet from the "Liberal" Newsweek: In 2005, Congress created a WMD czar, presumably to save us from nuclear obliteration—a problem so pressing that the job was never filled. President Bush created a "war czar" in 2007, and the first five people he offered it to turned him down.
