This is a great shot, and one of the nice things I liked about domestic air travel over North America was that, quite often, you weren't so high up that you couldn't still see the ground. It felt safer, even though that makes no sense lol.

That is a wonderful picture. My Sis is flying right now (KC to Chicago to San Francisco). I took her to the airport a couple of hours ago. I hope she takes some pictures from the plane. But, she probably will be crowded into the middle seat of three with big burly men on each side of her or something.
