I fudged it a little. I thought raisins sounded better than melon on the yogurt crunch thing, used a granola cereal because I couldn't find plain granola (the cereal turned out to be delicious, too!), in short added a lot of taste and calories to these try-to-be-healthy recipes! What can I say, if it doesn't taste good, I'm not going to eat it! It's good to have the stuff around now, though, I'm really trying to make sure I get as much of each food group as the food pyramid calls for.

I love reading posts like this because even if you don't have the ingredients listed for these recipes/menus, it stirs up creative juices to think what you could do with what you have on hand.
