TAPS, you could be right!
One of these days I will get on Google-earth and home in on Shiprock, and see if I actually did home in on Shiprock.

That bottom picture sure looks like the backside of Shiprock in New Mexico near the Colorado border. I say backside because most people take pictures of Shiprock from that highway that you see.
