Yes OTA it is by Rabbi David A. Cooper
the full title of the book is 'God is a Verb Kabbalah and the practice of mystical judaism' and the publisher is Riverhead Books a division of Penguin Putnam Inc and the ISBN: 1-57322-694-7.
It is actually published in the states so it should be easier for you to get hold of than those of us in Australia. The bookshop where I bought this only had the one copy.
