You said that sex was about procreation, not recreation. You are then trying to claim that God is against Homosexuals because they cannot have children, yet in the same breath you are sayign there is nothing wrong with heterosexual sex that is not about producing offspring. If Homosexual sex is wrong because they cannot have kids, then my having sex wit my wife, is equally as wrong because it will never be able to produce another child. You seem to not understand just what a contraindication is. You seem to want find reasons to back up the idea that homosexuality is wrong, while not making those same reasons apply to anything else. You need to find another direction to go on this one if you want your arguments to hold any water.

So me where I contradict myself. I know I do not try to have it both ways. If you wish to make such claims, give EXAMPLES to back up those claims.

Sodom and Gomorrah was over-runned with SINNERS and homosexuals. So there was far more going on there than just homosexuality. You really need to actually read the Bible instead of just taking what you are fed as what ti says. And if you look at how the Bible talks about the situation, you see that it very much separates sinners and homosexuals there. That would suggest that there is a difference between the two things.

Then I am very disappointed that you felt the need to end your comment very childish personal attack on my character. Do you really feel that your argument is so weak and full of flaws that you have to try and put me down in order to feel you can defend your point?

Evolution is far from being silly and is actually easier to prove as most likely be fact than God or the Bible.

Don't know where you got the idea that my dream occupation was to be a Jedi. I am a Star Wars fan, but that does not mean I believe Jedi is an occupation.

And yes, I am 34 and collect toys. What is your point? Nothing silly there. It is called a HOBBIE. You are 28 and believe that fairy tales are real to the point that they dominate all aspects of your life. That to me is extremely silly.

Wings, I do believe it all to be okay

I have no problem at all with homosexual activity since it is two consenting adults who we have no right to tell them what to do with their bodies. And I find the display of two women going at it a very beautiful thing and can see nothing at all close to be wrong with it.

I am making no contradiction, since I never said sex was all about reproduction. I used the 'be fruitful and multiply' reference to make a point about fertility symbols not being bad things.

By your logic however, since my wife physically can no longer havechildren, then we should stop having sex... Sorry, but that ain't gonna happen. I also know several straight couples who are sexually active, but have no desire to have children. Are they living in sin then for that?

And I do not care if you and other believers find my ideas 'disrespectful towards God'. You really have no idea how silly such a concept is to me. I've not once claimed here that I care about what you believe that God is offended by.

The point however was that the ideas of love and beauty are very varied and subjective by nature. By your reasoning here, God is not connected to all ideas of love and beauty, just those that are pre-approved by your church.

Alright, I'll address this one too...you just stated in your comment, and I have plenty of proof. The Bible clearly states that homosexuality is an ABOMINATION in the eyes of God serveral times. Are you kidding me. I really hope this is just another one of your post that you are just trying to get people to argue over. You can't really believe this is ok can you? If so, it is so disrespectful on so many levels. It's disrespectful to God first of all, and then to your wife and kids secondly. IN THE BEGINNING GOD CREATED ADAM AND EVE, NOT ADAM AND STEVE or EVE AND AVA. We have certain body parts for certain reasons. You were all about "REPRODUCING AND MULTIPLYING" in your response to my PAGAN EASTER post, you're CONTRADICTING your own self. Explain to me how 2 women or 2 men can 'BE FRUITFUL AND MULTIPLY" IT IS NOT POSSIBLE!
