I've always heard the prisoners can get any drug they want
as long as they've got the money, so this doesn't surprise me. What's going to hurt the insider's rate of exchange, at least in the U.S. is the doubling of federal taxes on tobacco. That's $1.01 a pack now, so the cost of doing business in prison has gone up -- along with the business of viagra.

OMG ! WTF ! They should be forced to take saltpeter and not allowed any
