My daughter had a similar male friend and I secretly hoped they would get together. My daughter has since moved on – with new exciting directions – and the guy, well, he’s kind of stuck and goin’ no where fast so I’m kind of glad they never took it beyond friendship. Your story is slightly different – they both seem to be focused. Maybe the will stay in a touch and maybe, just maybe….. (I do remember you, by the way). Welcome back.
