I've also lost someone to AIDS in the late 90's. Great strides have been made even since then; but the virus continues to mutate, and treatment is expensive.

I hope he gets tough and fights this thing! Great strides have been made! I will pray for him! I know how devastating this can be for I lost a cousin to AIDS in his twenties! That was back in the 80's though! sam
