I don't know.....

The homeless people I've seen in Hawaii are pretty happy.......infesting the state beaches with the blue tarp cities.....surfing, showers, and walk up the mountain to get some fruit...many have cars.....

I've always said, if my business were to fail and I was down and out......I'd hold back a couple of thousand to buy a ticket and go to Hawaii to be  "Homeless".......

Is this the same Governor that is trying to send the mainland homeless back to the mainland?
