I really liked that article!
Very informative! I didn't know that it takes a 500-calorie a day deficit to burn off 1 pound in a week! That stuff's good to know! I have a hard time working out in the morning, because my work schedule is two mornings a week (on the weekend) and three nights (I usually gravitate towards late nights on my days off, too). The days I work nights or don't work, I typically do work out shortly after I get up, but the weekends throw me out of sync. I am mucho sleep deprived because I haven't gone to bed until late, so I don't wake up early enough to do anything but run for the door. Then I feel like crap all day and typically miss my work out. If it's any saving grace, I work on a cook's line, so it's not exactly your sit-down-all-day job. I feel much better when I'm able to work out before I start the day, though.
