worst that could happen is sunburn
Missouri has lots of good trails
the KATY Trail, along the Missouri River much of the time, frmo West to East -- the trails down the Mississippi
and trails all over the state -- lots of neat sights to rival many others

If I could also be provided with two new knees and a strong back I'd be on my way from Denmark to Italy; there are footpaths all the way.
The worst that could happen? Not having a laptop, I'd probably spend the rest of my life catching up with the back-log of e-mails.

Please, please don't make me ride horses. I'd rather walk. Riding horses kills my knees. My legs are not made to bow in that direction. I'd go back to the mountains. The worst that could happen is that I'd have a heart attack and die while climbing, or I'd get eaten by a bear, or fall over a cliff.

I would love to hike the entire Appalachian Trail...
...all the way from Georgia to Maine. And that's just for starters.
