I am not a morning person, but this morning I went to the athletic club and did stationary bike and shot baskets. I feel so much better! Maybe I'll keep going in the morning. Thanks for the advice.

My schedule is so wacky I just sort of squeeze it in when I can. It makes me feel better when I exercise first thing, but sleep is important, too :)

The thing I exercise most in the morning is my elbow, drinking coffee...lol
