It's really destiny that I should read this post first thing in the morning. It's raining softly, I'm dry and snug in my pajamas, with a choice to either continue here or crawl back to bed for a while and I did just what you said: experienced a feeling of well being, thinking about nothing, just being happy that I am

It was cold last night, zero in fact...

I used to anticipate t he early hours of morning, when only the sounds
of the insects down the hill along the creek would well up through the darkness...what a beautiful sound, the near-silence...very cool post, my friend!
