My boss at the animal hospital could be a real asshole sometimes. However, I'm feeling sooooo tempted to fly up there and kick your boss in the....maybe I should stop now. You know what I mean. What a jerk. No one deserves to be treated that way and I do believe it is ILLEGAL for him to take (steal) your tips.

the reason my son left his last job was his boss was more than a dumbass he was an asshole, and some people think they brought him in to clear out the employess. It worked most left and took the buy out or just left, now his job is on the line

My father is my boss and has thankfully always given me leeway.
Even so I have found myself having to defer to his manager at one at his car wash/gas station/C-Store. I just let her talk.
