I got Ruskin Bond's 'Scenes from a writer's Life' from the library yesterday. It's an inspiring autobiography. Thank you for introducing me to his works.

Hi Nita! How wonderful to have a passion and then be able to express it so wonderfully to be appreciated by two countries no less! Incredible indeed! Shelly

I had the good fortune of an office space (ex BBC)
above his house for several years in the 90s. She and Gillian (his partner) are good friends. Cheers.

Mark is madly in love with India. If I remember correctly, his wife is an Indian!

Mark Tully seems to have assimilated India extremely well. Lately, I have grown to admire a lady called Vandana Shiva. She may not be knighted but she is serving true Indian interests with her life. A true patriot in these crazy times. Great work as usual!
