It sounds like you might be having issues with the computer's power supply,
...and instead of sending-it-off(unless there's a warranty in place), I suggest taking it to a local computer repair shop who will do a better job and charge less money. If you need some names of places, let me know.

I'm very fortunate. My husband fixes computers. And we have had MANY that have needed fixing.

We're lucky. We have a computer repairman who has a little shop in his
house just a few miles down the road.... You'd better find a repairman, quick!

Computer problems drive me crazy andbecause I’m not a terribly patient person, I tend to be the type of person thatrushes out to the store to buy a new one. Sometimes the cost turns out to be about the same in the long run...
