Sounds loud like you're drowning out the world with loud music. Would that be the case, perhaps some relaxation music on the relaxation channel will help you calm down to a peaceful and relaxed evening. Especially those with subliminal messages to relax and be calm and at ease. No tensiosn, no stress, and no strain. Go to a higher place. Perhaps up on a mountain side to taste the breeze whisp you face and feel the mountain air. It is definitely a nice thought for a quick imagery get away. Perhaps this will help.
