Sunnybeach7 - I can almost agree with that definition
But would argue that the vibration and the energy source are distinct, or in other words; the vibration is a result of the energy source. "Energy" in this case being used for lack of a better word, replacing other equally inaccurate terms such as "life force" or that which propels genetic code into action.

Gome...
That tree came to be from a nut or seed, silly.

Ok, my very brief definition of "God" for the day is... a vibrational energy source from which all things are derived or created.

Chilitree - admittedly Intelligent Design is a compelling argument for the existence of a creator being but you imply in your comment two things that are broad generalizations and not necessarily true. Among the scientific disciplines, non belief is over represented when compared against a broader social demographic but it cannot be said that there are a great number of scientists that do not believe in God and also concede the notion of Intelligent Design. Further, to make the determination of the existence of one creator being or designer, as opposed to multiple designers, is not a position that is derived honestly from either science or observation. It is instead arrived at entirely by the influence of religious belief. If the natural world around us was designed, it sure looks more like the work of a committee to me, than the work of one clear singular vision.  The truth remains however, that we will likely never really know the answer to how life was created. . . . thanx for stopping in.

Good post. I came to believe in the Creator simply by observing the
created ... and what brought this to me is actually scientists who do not themselves believe in any God but only what science uncovers... and by their own scientific studies, they had to admit that whatever they were studying under their sophisticated microscopes contained an element of design ... my logic tells me that if there is design, there is a designer. As for religion, I largely believe that it is man-made, and all the bickering is human inspired. I do not perceive the Designer as being religious. Just thought I would share that with you. I do also understand where you are coming from in your post. Kind regards.
