Re: orcalion
Hi Jackie,

Thanks for your response. I'm sorry it took me a while to answer. Here are my answers:

1. I usually use mozilla firefox as my browser, as from where I am, internet explorer often works slower.

2. No. I usually try to upload the pictures from the 'post' page by clicking the 'insert picture' button. It didn't give any error message. It would look like it was uploading, but then once the process was done, the only thing that came up was an icon of a broken inserted object (the torn paper, sort of image).

If I try to copy and paste the object/picture, then, I usually get the message that I couldn't use mouse operation, i.e. I had to use 'cntrl C' and 'cntrl V' to copy and paste. Even when I did this, it still wouldn't work unless I copy-paste it from a source on the internet.

I hope this helps. If you need other information, please let me know.

Thank you.

I'm sorry about that. If you wouldn't mind answering the same two questions (below), that would help us get to the bottom of the cause more quickly. Thanks!

1. That sounds like a bug on our side. Since the toolbar seems to be working properly for most people, could you tell me which web browser you're using? We definitely want to fix the problem as soon as possible.

2. Just to make sure I'm clear on when the problem happens, are you uploading the pictures from the My Account page's "View/edit pictures" link (details)? If so, does it just give you an error message, or does it just get "stuck"?

Thanks! I'm sorry for the inconvenience -- we absolutely want to get these issues resolved.

Re: It is very frustrating !!!!

Thank you Hazel.. :-)

At least now I know that it wasn't something that I did wrong and I am not alone. The good thing is, we always have a backup of every long post we put in blogit.. (I always have to do the MS-Word copy-paste too..)

I hope blogit can find a solution for this.

It is very frustrating !!!!
I have the same thing happen all the time. I get so mad. If I am writing something which may be lengthy, I write it on word then copy..paste it. As far as the pics go...ugh. Sometimes I can get them to upload sometimes not. But they have to be on another host such as photobucket. Blogit does not make it easy.  Sorry, I couldn't help...just wanted you to know, you are not alone in your frustration.
