Pat B. Thank you. I digressed at the exctitement on Friday and
had two whsikey sodas and a bowl of peanuts. Mistake! I gained one full kilo the next morning! I was so cross - with myself! But, today 48 hours later, I am back to what I was Friday morning. A lesson!!!

Once again....I'm right there with you as you describe your day. Nice job, as usual. (I am also into meditation........mixed w/ t'ai chi........which has had quite the impact on my multiple sclerosis.)

You describe a very good day.
Your blogs always project a sense of calm. Good luck on your weight loss program (I don't like the word "diet" because whenever I'm on one, I get very hungry).
