Prime example of the death of customer service is...
Circuit City!!!  They fired all of their "high paid" employees ( read: Experienced!) and replaced them with hourly-wage teeny boppers.  When the staff knows little about the product, even less about selling, why is it any surprise they went belly up?  When price becomes the only issue, customers will gravitate to non brick and mortar venues.

Bienvenido, welcome, good to read you again.
Were you off on your own tropical island somewhere and meditating? Or, just thinking about luxuries and customer service?
