the perfect posture for me is when my backside is 180 to my feet and my head is 90 to the rest. my hands are generally tapping away at some keys. my ergonomics, so please don't feel obliged to comment
. as for posturing, well, that's what the fine print in your appointment letter reads. just enjoy your evenings with the family- nothing to beat that, whatever the prefix.
