Raven,
Like you, I LOVE cats and all kittens. I had never heard of feline aids before now. My heart goes out to you and to Tigger. I would suffer as you do, over ending the life of an innocent kitten, but I think that we both know what your only choice should be. If this scourge gets into the feral cat population, the only cats left uninfected will soon be a few house cats that NEVER leave the house. This is assuming that the government doesn't make a house to house sweep to kill every cat that can be found. This is very possible, and that would be even worse for all concerned.
