I read the entire chapter -- but I don't see Lucifer's name anywhere.
I don't see how one can attribute this passage to any individual except for the King of Tyre, with the latter part being metaphor.

when you read past verse 13, how can you, if you are of sound mind, conclude that it is describing a man? Yes, Ezekial 28 starts out speaking of a human ruler but then proceeds to unveil Satan, who is, and his kingdom, behind all major organized evil governental regimes in history. I did not say he is CONTROLLING them and is directly responsible for their carnage and horrors.
