Used to be able to catch pike in a lake out here..

Of courwse, being a nonnative carnivore and terror-fish, they posioned the lake three times to apparently get them all out.

Until the next individual decides to bring one or two in again.

I imagine that area is just the bomb in the spring.
Right now, we're looking for a boat on the folk wisdom that winter time isthe best time to buy -- but if I found the one today, I don't think I'd get out n the Ashley at gunpoint until it's at leat 60 again.

I can't imagine anyone wanting to fish in early February at the temperatures we are having, but I loved reading about it and learned about saugering.
