Soaker, I loved the last paragraph. LOL. Actually I was quite interested in the whole post because just last week, we had a mad nudist speeding down a three-block stretch of street. Actually, he was undressing while he was speeding which caused him to hit at least three parked cars along the way, rolling one of them over and badly damaging others. By the time the policemen got him under control and into the police car, he was totally nude and left quite a havoc along the way. On top of things like that, the Kansas City Police Department is cutting 250 employees, including many policemen, because of budget deficits.
