Re: benzinha, I am NOT reading this!!!!!
Your diet today sounds extremely yummy all by itself, Greenfields, and so, you miss nothing. The pork is almost two inches thick tho' and would do with some great Indian stuffing, I'm thinking.

I don't usually eat pork as it is harder for me to digest, but this that I cooked just melted in my mouth.

Re: Get a rice cooker!
majroj, it all sounds splendid except the Splenda part. I figure that if the gods can't make a thing in nature, it is not for me to eat....but then, I did eat the Ranch Dressing powder which reads like a chem experiment. So, never mind. I do prefer real sugar, tho'.

Apple pie de puerco, fer sure. And your cooking on that date, won her over??

Re: sorry, bout the rice...but the ribs and sauce sound KILLER ! yummy
hazel st cricket, the sauce is killer. I will make more rice, standing over it, and then put some on it. That will be dinner as I spend today babysitting a grandson outside of town. Can't wait.

I had lentils all day today, with veggies and yogurt.  Then, papaya, strawberries, gooseberries and tea, coffee.  I am not suffering, but pork chops!!!!!!!

Get a rice cooker!

I bought some of that 99cent pork too, cooked it tonight...little shoulder roast, slit and stuffed with apple slioces, thenSplenda and cinnamon, garlic salt, a little flour sprinkled on, then the apple's peeling. Nummy.

The first time I cooked for a girl it was rerigerator surprise at a coffee house after closing...sliced and sauted radish and hot dog with shoyu.
