Sinome, there definitely is a mystical magical therapy in walking by
the seaside (or lakeside)...It can calm us or excite us, whatever the circumstances might be at that moment in time.....

There is something ever so healing and inspirational about the sea.  Clearly it call to you.  (I’ve been known to write down my sorrows, place them in a bottle, and toss them out to sea.  It’s a good temporary fix.)
