I don't think its really an addiction, I mean I can quit anytime I want to... I just don't want to, ever, not never! Ok, I'm all better now.

Shelly
Whenever I’ve been travelling and using an internet café, after logging out I always also go in and erase internet “history”. This (from my understanding) erases everything such as a lingering email address on a sign-in page. Just a thought but, from the sounds of it, your own computer will be back soon enough.

Guess what? There is a recognized disease; Internet addiction disorder refers to the problematic use of the Internet, including the various aspects of its technology, such as electronic mail (e-mail) and the World Wide Web. The reader should note that Internet addiction disorder is not listed in the mental health professional's handbook, the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, fourth edition, text revision (2000), which is also called the DSM. Internet addiction has, however, been formally recognized as a disorder by the American Psychological Association.
