All is when their lives are put on hold indirectly by midlevel management which refuses to recognize new realities.
Much of today's dropout rate could be prevented by earlier literacy training with newcomers. More reading and writing.

It is so sad! When I worked in education my focus was alternative education! I had many programs to help kids get their diplomas! In this day and age I do not understand why we allow kids to quit school. It is the first big failure in their lives and it snowballs from there! sam
