Re: Re: Re: Re:
Ann Coulter insisted that the attacks on Tom Delay were purely political, and claimed that he had never been accused of committing a crime.  But Nick Smith, Republican Congressman, had filed a complaint in the ethics committee accusing Delay of bribery.  And he was found guilty.  So was Ms. Coulter 'dead on target'?  Only if bribery isn't a crime.

She's dead on target too. Liberals are professional victims.

Re: Re:
Well, no Senator-elect Franken has not been sworn in, and I admit I gave him the title to provoke you.  But Franken's books have been fact-checked, and hold up well, whereas Rush Limbaugh's books and radio broadcasts do not.  And the point about Limbaugh's drug use is that while attacking drug use in others and mocking calls for treatment for addicts rather than prison sentences, he was himself using drugs obtained illegally to maintain his own addiction, making his drug use relevant to discussion of one of his own favorite topics.  And proving his hypocrisy for anyone able to recognize it.  And I've read enough Ann Coulter to know better than to waste my time on her, unless I feel a need for fantasy fiction.

Re:
I have listened to Rush since 1988. I do have a few things I have disagreed with him on but very few. This move by democrats is nothing more than their soical engineering that Obama and his kind are engaged in now. It is stupid and simply will not work. I agree that we have better things to spend our time on in this nation now than some stupid liberal witch hunt. Liberals are such a waste of air and space on this earth.

rush
Whether you like Rush or not, The "Prez" of all the people in government can not point out a single private citizen and threaten or abuse him for his personal views. If Obama wants his "media honeymoon" to continue he had better listen to his cabinet or else the media liberal and otherwise will swoop down on him like buzzards on a dead mule and Obama will find out just how empty a desert can be.

This was addressed to the Franken supporter. I say that because I usually find libs a bit more pushy when it comes so called "facts."

Re:
You see sir, everyone has their own facts. Don't they?

Re:
Well, lets start by talking frankly about being devoid of facts and honesty. All Franken has not been sworn in yet as a Senator so when you referred to him as a Senator, you were not being factual and frankly, it was dishonest. You pretty much got that completely wrong. Had you done your research, you would have seen that he has not been sworn in yet unless you purposely chose to leave out that salient fact. And um, as for Al's drug use, I just won't go there with you. See, I don't like personal attacks. Unfortunately, the moment that you actually told me that you actually read something written by Al Franken, you lost all credibility.  If you need some new reading material, may I suggest the new Ann Coulter one. It was really good. Have a nice day!

From my previous examinations of Limbaugh's diatribe, I found him frankly devoid of facts or honesty.  He got pretty much everything wrong about, for example, the ozone layer when CFC's were a big topic.  If he does research, he doesn't seem to do it well, or chooses to leave out the salient facts.  Besides, after his fierce attacks on drug users, we found he was one.  So he only believes in accountability for someone else.  He has no credibility left.  I suggest you check out Senator Franken's book, 'Rush Limbaugh is a Big, Fat Idiot'.  You can check his facts, and they actually check out.

I used to like him a lot but haven't paid much attention in the last few years! I think there are bigger problems to be concerned than Rush! sam
