Constitutional silence
It seems that here in Columbus, accidents at the intersections with red light cameras are down substantially since the cameras went online.  And the cameras do no eliminate due process anymore than the presence of a police officer at the intersection would.  This is certainly less intrusive than, say, unwarranted wire taps.  After all, the presence of the cameras is advertised, and they are present only in public places, where you must be a licensed operator to drive to begin with.  There is nothing in the constitution that disallows such a practice.
