Climate is cyclic
It warms over decades/centuries, then cools over decades/centuries. Then it all repeats.

So What?
So the climate is warmer, by 1/2 degree, in the United States, over the last one hundred years. The 1800's was the "Little Ice Age." We are coming out of that. The dust bowl days in the early part of the 20th century slowed down the warmth. I remember the dust storms in Ohio up into the mid 50's. It was 4 degrees warmer 400 years ago before "The Little Ice Age." Warmer is better. Carbon dioxide makes plants grow better. More plants means more oxygen. The sky isn't falling Chicken Little.
