Like gypsypoet1975...

...and many others, I'm sure, I've also unfortunately been there.

"Paranoia is Full Awareness" -Michael Enslin's hat, 1408.  Keep writing - it's a great way to make beauty out of "Beasts"

Such a shame to let this bad memory ruin your future my friend
difficult as it may be it would help so much if you could try and let it go and live your today as you should - in safety and freedom; many blessings and thanks

After 17 years, I think you can finally exhale, though I understand why you've hesitated to do so. You're welcome!

I have been there too..though mine was taken from me before things could get worse...Being thousands of miles away is a good thing...You expressed the fear so well...I hope for the best for you..

Sadly, this is not allegorical...
This is a reflection of a real event (refer to Memories of Fear - under real life ramblings)... Thankfully, it's been nearly 17 years since I last saw him, and I live thousands of miles away. I am starting to feel safe and stop looking over my shoulder. Thank you!

I hope this is allegorical...
