People often say that actions speak louder than words, but I myself have always felt that words can be just as wounding.

Well expressed... just spit them back at whoo ever it is... like poison from a snake bite... you have to suck them out and spit them away... ( in this case at them)  :-)

I used to have a Disney annual, where Pluto said, "Sticks and stones may hurt my bones but words can never harm me." Cute, but so wrong - as I knew at the age of eight!

words are powerful Powerful weapons in anger used leaving memories abused. Is there an eraser to wipe them away.. Oaiii I hope the heartache leaves today Whitewash over them?
