I have one of those old fashioned coffee pots...
...and it makes the best dang coffee I've ever tasted...yes, I'm embellishing, but not much! lol
My kids call it "camping coffee." It's one of those metal stove-top percolators that I bought at Sunny's Surplus.
Your marriage or your sanity? I've been there...twice, and chose sanity both times.

I like your dream. It's the best thing on this post. Everything else is like a nightmare.

Definitely choose to be in your last paragraph, Pat-b. The first part of your post sounds like there's trouble stirring..you do well to step back from it.
