No you are not the only one. A couple people sent invitations. I can't keep up with myself certainly not with all those cutesy grandchildren just like mine. It is like everything you get on e mail is something to forward. I want someone to write me because they want to tell or ask me something in particular. But them I am strange.

I joined myspace because someone asked me to do it and
I go there like two or three times a month.

I have to agree with you ariala, there should be more concern about the shear amount of private information freely circulating on the net. And a site like facebook makes me nervous. No more privacy. Is it the kind of exhibitionism that we want to live in?

Ariala, that's the only place I've found where I can communicate with certain members of my extended family who will not email, write letters or make phone calls. For some reasons they will Facebook. Also, have to "Twitter" to keep up with a certain DIL. It's like everyone wants to pick their own thing so one has to join them all. Let's see, how many sites have I joined now?...?...?

It's all a fad!
Someone somewhere is already working on something to supercede Facebook. I wish that I was smart enough to do it so I could make some real coins. lol BTW, I liked that pic! :)

I was on Facebook, but forgot my password. So now all I can do
is look on -- "lurk" I think they call it. It's one way of keeping track of my kids, etc., who are on there.

I'm on facebook and I've had no problems
then again, I'm not on there that much anyway. Mostly I've been in touch with old friends and family, oh, and a few bloggers. LOL IMO myspace is more of a meat market than facebook.

You are not alone Ariala
the very concept of facebook gives me the creeps; the amount of information available to strangers is beyond socializing in my opinion! Many blessings and thanks
