Awe darling you have my real sympathy here. Computers and stuff it's all so

unfair. What a good idea to have the upstairs one and these people have to replace it.

after that happened to me...I have made it a rule... always have two

working computers in the house!!!!!

this one was just out of the box, but my lap top wasnt right from the begiining but I waited almost up to the end of the warranty to get it fixed

It is better that it quits now than when the warranty expires. :)
